The ERTC Express Process

Working with ERTC Express comes in three stages.

STAGE 1 – QUALIFY
STAGE 2 – REVIEW
STAGE 3 – PROCESSING 
STAGE 4 – RECEIVE FUNDS

First, you will qualify using our online tool.

How to retrieve the necessary Docs.

  • Contact your Payroll Processor
  • Request your 941 and Detailed Payroll report for all Quarters of 2020 and 2021.

Once your qualifying application is submitted, we provide you with a secure upload portal URL.

You then upload the required payroll documentation and PPP information. Our specialists will review your submission to ensure we have all information required to maximize your credit with the IRS.

After analyzing your submission and documentation, our experts will provide an analysis outlining the exact amount of ERC credits we will file on your behalf. Once you sign the agreement, we will submit your revised 941 forms to the IRS.

Step three is to wait for the IRS to complete its processing. It will take 4-6 months, on average, for the IRS to process your ERC submission.
